Indian Playing Cards

Made in 2016, this set of playing cards was designed to reflect Indian culture. Using Indian political, religious, and symbolic research I created ornate, illustrative cards that also highlight Indian patterns, colors, and animal symbolism. By simplifying the color scheme to only blue and orange, instead of a large collection of colors common in India, more emphasis is put on the symbols themselves and how those powerful Indian symbols relate to the card's function.
